Your underwater adventures start here! Become a certified diver in our Beginning Scuba class and earn your PADI Open Water Diver certification today! Explore the unexplored, see fish and coral reefs up close, and join a wonderful community! It all starts by booking a Beginning Scuba class today! At Aquatic Adventures we are taking COVID-19 seriously by limiting the number of people in our classes. You will never have more than six students in your class.
This course includes online training (about 10-15 hours done at home), pool training, and scuba dives in a lake or ocean. Just click the Details button next to the course start date below for a complete schedule. The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:
During the confined water and open water dives, you will learn how to assemble, operate and break down your scuba kit. You will also learn basic scuba skills such as mask and regulator clearing, buoyancy control, emergency air management and dive planning.
When you complete this course, you will receive the PADI Open Water Diver certification. This certification level allows you to participate in many supervised and unsupervised dive activities. You will probably want to take additional training later, but the PADI Open Water Diver certification will send you on your way to many exciting underwater adventures.
If you are planning to complete your open water dives elsewhere, perhaps on a tropical vacation, deselect the certification dives option on the registration page by clicking "Please Select". Deselecting certification dives will reduce the price of the class. You will see the price reduction once the class is in your shopping cart. If you wish to add the dives later, you can add them by calling us at (262) 938-6827.
When you do a referral, you will be able to complete all of your academic and pool training before you leave on your trip. That means you will have more time for fun and adventure when you arrive at your travel destination. To learn more about our referral program, see our PADI Referral Program page.
Our course fee includes the following PADI materials:
This means you will have all the PADI materials needed to complete your academic training and set you on your way to becoming a certified diver. It also means you will save a substantial amount of classroom time over traditional PADI certification programs where you need to spend hours in a classroom. In addition, you will also own materials you can use and refer back to later.
If you do not see a date that works for you, Aquatic Adventures has other options to ensure you have time to complete your PADI Open Water Diver certification.
