Beginning Scuba Certification Dives
Open water training dives required to complete the PADI Open Water Diver (Beginning Scuba) certification. It is not necessary to purchase this class if you paid for training dives with your class/pool course at Aquatic Adventures. Call Aquatic Adventures at (262) 938-6827 to enroll in one of these classes if you have not chosen a date.

Certification Dives
Open water training dives or certification dives are a required portion of completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification. These training dives must be completed over no fewer than two days. Aquatic Adventures allows you to choose weekday or weekend options for your certification dives. Typically, Aquatic Adventures does weekday certification dives at Naga-waukee Park in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Weekend dives are done at Pearl Lake in South Beloit, Illinois.
Prerequisite
In order to participate in PADI Open Water certification dives you must do the following:
AQUATIC ADVENTURES TRACK
- Complete the Beginning Scuba Class/Pool course including the PADI eLearning home study program and successfully pass the eLearning Quick Quiz.
REFERRING DIVE CENTER TRACK
- Complete the PADI eLearning and five pool dives with another dive center.
- Complete the PADI ReActivate couse with Aquatic Adventures.
- Complete any additional requirements that may apply. Call us at (262) 938-6827 to find out what prerequisites apply to your situation.
Park Entrance Fee
Park entrance fees vary from place to place. Aquatic Adventures does not cover the entrance fees to the parks we use. Entrance fees are the responsibility of each diver.
