Located in Brookfield, Wisconsin Fox Brook County Park lake is man-made as a result from a gravel pit operation. The lake is surrounded by swimming beaches for easy entry and exiting. Like most of the inland lakes in the area the interesting vegetation and shallow waters make this a fun dive for beginning or advanced divers. There is also a protected wetland, picnic areas, and paved trails through the woods to enjoy while at the park.
IMPORTANT: All divers must register at the entrance booth before diving. A waiver must be signed and a diving fee will be collected from you at that time.
Maximum depth: 30 Feet
Average dive depth: 25 Feet
From Downtown Milwaukee:
Take I-94 West toward Madison.
Exit I-94 at Barker Road (North). (First exit after Moorland Road.)
Take N. Barker Road passed North Avenue. Approximately 3 miles.
Fox Brook Park is on the west side of N. Barker Road just north of the railroad tracks.
