The Divemaster Practical Skills module trains candidates in the logistics of preparing for and executing divemaster-led dives. This module also includes training in search and recovery and deep diving.
Prerequisites
- Completion of the Divemaster Water Skills Assessment
- Completion of Academic Training
- Completion of the PADI Deep Diver Specialty (highly recommended)

- Dive Site Setup and Management
- Mapping Project
- Dive Briefing
- Search and Recovery Scenario (if no Search and Recovery Diver Specialty)
- Deep Dive Scenario (if no Deep Diver Specialty)
Time Commitment: 1 day (add one day if no Deep Diver Specialty)
